When will my order be mailed out?

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing (excludes shipping time)

When will I receive my package?

Shipping time varies depending on the customer's selection at checkout

Shipping Delivery Times

USPS Domestic Standard First Class: 3-5 Business Day Delivery.

USPS Domestic Priority: 1-3 Business Day Delivery.

USPS Domestic Expedited: 1-3 Business Day Delivery. 

Sewn x Roo is not responsible for holiday/unexpected shipping delays

Can I track my order?

Tracking number will be provided via email/phone; details can be seen once the package is scanned with the carrier

What if my package is returned?

Please make sure all shipping information is correct to avoid returned packages

Any returned packages due to incorrect customer provided information will require a new postage (paid by customer) in order to be reshipped.

What if my package is stolen, missing or lost?

If package is lost, it becomes a matter between customer and USPS. Unfortunately, we do not see additional tracking information on our end. Please contact local USPS for further tracking information.

Customer may be eligible to receive compensation on missing or lost packages, however, customer will need to file a claim with USPS. Sewn x Roo is not responsible to replace missing, lost or “delivered” packages and does not offer refunds

What if I need to make any changes to my order before shipping?

What if I want a sleeve for a bigger book, tablet or journal?

We do offer custom sizes, however the feature is not available through the website. You can reach out to us through our contact tab for pricing info and available designs. 

 

 

Return Policy

Please make sure you select the correct size for your device. We do not accept any returns or exchanges.
